<p>Alles für das Curry so vorbereiten, dass es beim Kochen schnell gehen kann: Fenchel waschen, Strunk abschneiden, Fenchelgrün abschneiden (beiseitelegen!), dann halbieren und in Streifen schneiden. Karotten schälen und die Enden entfernen, dann in Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebeln waschen und den unteren, weißen Teil in Ringe schneiden. Fenchelgrün und Grün der Frühsommerzwiebeln fein schneiden. Die Gewürze abmessen, Senfsaat dabei separieren.</p>

<p>Falls es Reis dazu geben soll, setzt diesen am besten jetzt schon auf. Couscous oder Bulgur könnt ihr auch später zubereiten.</p>

<p>1 EL Kokosöl in einen mittelgroßen Topf erhitzen und die Senfkörner hineingeben. Sobald sie anfangen zu hüpfen/springen gebt ihr die Gewürze und die Zwiebeln dazu. Ab und zu umrühren und nach ca. 1 Minute Fenchel und Karotte dazu geben.</p>

<li>Weitere 2-3 Minuten rösten lassen und dann alles mit Kokosmilch ablöschen und die Hitze reduzieren. Jetzt köchelt alles für ca. 10 Minuten. Dann könnt ihr alles noch einmal abschmecken, die Kichererbsen hinzugeben, den Herd ausstellen und zum Schluss das Fenchel- und Zwiebelgrün unterrühren.</li>

<p>Dazu passt Reis o.ä. und ein knuspriges Topping wie Röstzwiebeln und Schwarzkümmel.</p>

<li>Gerstengraupen hinzufügen und ca. 1 Minute mit anschwitzen. Dann mit 2 Kellen (ca. 200 ml) Gemüsebrühe ablöschen und rühren.</li>

<li>Das Risotto jetzt immer wieder mit einer Kelle Brühe nachgießen, sobald die Flüssigkeit aufgenommen wurde. Immer mal wieder umrühren!</li>
<li>Auch den Kohl hin und wieder rühren und ggf. nachsalzen.</li>
<li>Wenn die letzte Kelle Brühe im Risotto ist, mit Zitronensaft, Hefeflocken, Salz, Pfeffer &amp; Knoblauch abschmecken (ein Stich Butter schadet auch nicht).</li>
<li>Jetzt sollte auch der Kohl gar sein und kann unter das fertige Risotto gehoben werden.</li>
<li>Wer mag streut noch ein paar Nüsse und Kerne oben drauf.</li>

<p>Jetzt könnt ihr den schon einmal den Käse reiben, falls das nötig ist (ihr also keinen bereits geriebenen Käse gekauft habt).</p>

<p>Als nächstes wird der Teig ausgerollt. Bemehlt dafür eure Arbeitsfläche, drückt die Teigkugel mit den Händen etwas platt und rollt sie anschließend dünn aus. Um den Teig heile aufs Backbleck zu bekommen, bestreut ihn mit Mehl und faltet ihn zusammen. Auf dem Blech könnt ihr ihn dann wieder entfalten.</p>

<p>Erhitzt nun in einem mittelgroßen Topf etwas Olivenöl und gebt die Zwiebeln und etwas Salz hinein. Bei mittlerer Hitze sollen sie nun ca. 8 Minuten angeschwitzt werden – aber nicht braun werden!</p>

<p>In einem Schraubglas mischt ihr nun die Sojamilch und das Mehl (1 EL) und schüttelt alles gut. Schaltet den Herd aus, gebt die Mischung zu den Zwiebeln und rührt dabei kräftig, wenn alles nach kurzer Zeit angedickt ist, nehmt den Topf von der noch heißen Platte. Nun gebt ihr die restliche Crème (Schmand o.ä.) dazu und schmeckt mit Salz und Pfeffer ab.</p>

Backpapier verteilen. Mit Oliven, Salz und Pfeffer würzen, alles einmal mit den Händen vermischen und dann für ca. 20 Minuten backen (bis alles leicht geröstet ist).</p>

<li>Die Stangenbohnen werden leicht schräg in ca. 3 cm lange Stücke geschnitten. Dabei die Enden abschneiden.</li>

<p>Anschließend werden sie in gut gesalzenes Wasser (ca. 2 TL Salz auf 1,5 Liter Wasser) für 10 Minuten mit Deckel auf dem Topf gekocht.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In der Zwischenzeit wird die Zwiebel halbiert und in feine Ringe geschnitten. Die Chili und die Frühlingszwiebel werden ebenfalls kleingeschnitten.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Gießt nun die Bohnen ab und schreckt sie mit richtig kaltem Wasser gut ab, dann bleiben sie grün.</p>

<li>In einem Schraubglas mixt ihr nun Misopaste, Dattelsirup, Zitronensaft und Sojasauce und gebt es anschließend mit in die Pfanne. Lasst alles kurz köcheln und nehmt die Pfanne dann vom Herd.</li>
<li>Entweder macht ihr noch Reis dazu und esst die Bohnen warm oder ihr lasst sie abkühlen und stellt sie über nacht zum durchziehen in den Kühlschrank, dann schmecken sie auch kalt als Salat super.</li>
