<p>Mehl, Backpulver und Salz in einer Schüssel vermengen. Kaltes Wasser dazugeben und alles erst mit einer Gabel und dann mit den Händen zu einem glatten Teig kneten (dauert ein bisschen). Anschließend in 6 gleichgroße Kugeln teilen und jede Kugel auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche mit dem Nudelholz in dünne, runde Fladen formen. Tipp: ordentlich Mehl benutzen, dann klebt nichts zusammen.</p>

<li>Beschichtete Pfanne auf hoher Stufe erhitzen, 1 EL Öl hinzufügen und anschließend direkt einen der Fladen in die Pfanne geben. Sobald der Teig Blasen wirft, kann der Fladen umgedreht werden. So mit allen 6 Fladen vorgehen und beiseite stellen.</li>

<p>Beete waschen und mit einem Sparschäler schälen. Radieschen waschen und in feine Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebel schälen und ebenfalls in feine Scheiben schneiden. Nun Apfelessig, Wasser, Zucker und Salz mischen und Radieschen und Zwiebel in der Marinade verteilen. Die Beete fein raspeln und dann zur Mischung dazugeben.</p>
