<p>Ca. 2 Minuten kochen, bis die Blätter leicht angegart sind (sie sollen nur flexibel werden und nicht mehr brechen, damit sie gerollt werden können).</p>

<p>Nun den Halloumi in ca. 1 cm breite Streifen/Scheiben schneiden – ihr braucht so viele Scheiben, wie ihr Blätter habt <img decoding="async" src="https://wittschap.de/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/frontend-builder/assets/vendors/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif" alt="wink" /></p>

<p>Nehmt nun ein Mangoldblatt und legt es flach auf ein Brett o.ä. und gebt ein paar Tropfen Ahornsirup und Öl darauf. Legt ein Halloumistück auf den hinteren Teil des Blatts, sodass ihr den Halloumi in das Mangoldblatt wickeln könnt.</p>

<li>Die panierten Mangold-Stiele landen nun auf einem Backblech mit Backpapier. Etwas Öl über alle Stiele geben und dann für ca. 10 Minuten im Ofen backen.</li>

<p>In der Zwischenzeit in einer Schüssel je 1 Esslöffel Chilisoße, Sojasoße und Dattelsirup (oder Ahornsirup) mischen. Wenn die „Pommes“ im Ofen anfangen goldbraun zu werden, mit einem Löffel die Mischung darauf verteilen. Dann nochmal ca. 5-7 Minuten backen.</p>

<p>Jetzt könnt ihr eine Zwiebel in feine Ringe schneiden und diese in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl anbraten. Wenn die Zwiebeln glasig sind, die Mangoldblätter (in Streifen geschnitten) dazu geben. Je nach Pfannengröße am besten nach und nach, sie werden sehr viel Volumen verlieren durch die Hitze. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft abschmecken und zu den Mangold-Pommes servieren.</p>

<p>Jetzt mit den Händen 9 etwa gleichgroße Puffer formen (am besten eine Kugel formen und diese dann platt drücken). Noch etwas zusätzlliches Öl über den Puffern verteilen und für ca. 15 Minuten auf mittlerer Schiene backen, bis sie schön braun und knusprig sind.</p>

<p>Dazu passt ein frischer Salat und ein schneller Dip aus Joghurt, Petersilie und etwas Knoblauch.</p>

<p>Zunächst alles gut vorbereiten, es entstehen 2 „Gemüseschalen“, die nacheinander in die Shakshuka kommen. Die Zwiebel schälen und hacken/würfeln. Den Mangold waschen und in Streifen schneiden (die Stängel mit zu den Zwiebeln geben, den Blattanteil in eine separate Schüssel geben). Stängel von Dill und Koriander sowie die Porreespitzen in kleine Stücke schneiden. Die Blätter von Dill und Koriander hacken du beiseitelegen.</p>

<p>Nach ca. 8-10 Minuten vom Herd nehmen und mit den restlichen Kräutern (Koriander- und Dillblätter) bestreuen. Dazu passt Fladenbrot oder Tortillas (ich hatte Vollkorntortillas, die ich noch einmal in einer beschichteten Pfanne geröstet habe).</p>
