<li>Zwiebel schälen, halbieren und in feine Ringe schneiden.</li>
<li>Eine beschichtete Pfanne erhitzen und Kohl, Grün sowie Zwiebeln hineingeben. Dann Öl, Salz und Pfeffer hinzugeben und alles solange andünsten, bis alles gar ist (je nach verwendeten Zutaten variiert die Garzeit).</li>
<li>
<p>Herd ausschalten und einen Esslöffel Balsamicoessig zum Gemüse geben. Kurz umrühren und dann mit der Resthitze ca. 2 Minuten reduzieren (bis die Säure des Essigs verdampft ist).</p>
